Shipping Options

We offer three shipping options in total.

  1. Delivery through Flash Express or alternative carriers

    • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the product.

  2. Jsangsiri Co., Ltd. is responsible for delivering the products.

    • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the total order value.
      Delivery service is limited to Bangkok and surrounding areas.

  3. Pick up the product yourself

    • You can choose to "pick up the product yourself" without delivery cost.

Product exchange or return policy

  • In case of ordering the wrong size/model

    • Products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • In case of defective products

    • If the issue is caused under our responsibility, we are happy to offer a product exchange or return.

  • If we accidentally fail to deliver part of your order

    • The company will deliver the missing product free of charge and a refund can also be arranged upon request if the mistake is under the company's responsibility.
